The staff was pleasant, accommodating. Our guest room with a refrigerator, an air conditioning and an iron was tastefully decorated.
Cordial staff, great area, they have good restaurant.
Enjoyed the place, had a nice stay in holidays. The staff was polite and welcoming, the breakfast offered was more than adequate with lots of food. We had easy check-in on arrival.

It was an airy hotel - I loved attentive staff and quiet location. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with good breakfast and iron and fridge. Exceptionally clean property and great service.

Everything was great, respectful staff, perfect location close enough to New Orleans, the French quarter, the highway. The breakfast I had was very basic continental with waffles and donuts, for example. Don't forget to explore New Orleans East district.
Ideal location for me, the swimming pool was lovely. Location very close to the interstate and main attractions. Overall clean hotel, EXCEPTIONAL service. Also with its excellent wifi I could post videos etc.
Prime location, nice bed, elegant bathroom. Absolutely breathtaking view of lake. We loved a small restaurant with an Italian menu.
special service, highly professional staff, breakfast was hot, bed was perfect. we didn't have time and didn't use the swimming pool although it looked amazing. apart from that, turning basin was 10 minutes away by driving.

Exceptionally nice location, awesome restaurant, very welcoming staff and Colonial decor. Tidy and attractive hotel in New Orleans East district. Liked it and will definitely go back there again.
